My focus is to provide a safe space for clients to continue healing body, mind, and soul. Sessions are customized to help meet the client’s goals and increase their well-being. To help maintain my health, I enjoy the outdoors, sports, exercising, music, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends. I graduated from UW-LaCrosse with my associates in health and UW-Whitewater with my bachelors in social work.
