I am nationally certified by the National Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, licensed in Virginia and Fairfax County, and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

    I am trained and qualified, specializing in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Sport Massage, Controlled stretching, Muscle Tissue Release, Trigger Point Techniques, Stone massage, Pregnancy massage Cranial Sacral, TMJ Disorders, Sciatica Issues, Reflexology, Aromatherapy  and modalities.

    These techniques are helpful in the body recovery from strenuous activity or injury, as well as promoting relaxation. My focus is to give individuals relief from pain and stress. As massage is holistic I engage the body, mind, and spirit to help restore my clients` balance. I work using special techniques and different strokes tailored for each client, giving each patron individual attention.

    As massage is constantly evolving, I am committed to continuing education to further develop my skills and better serve my clients. Most of all I fell honored to be a part of my clients` healing process.
