Started his adulthood as an Airman in the US Air Force as a HVAC/R technician in February 2000 and ended as a Human Resource/Personnist in November 2014. Became an Over the Road truck driver from December 2014 until 2019. 


Then he decided to do something that will impact the people in a special yet relaxing way. He wanted to be a massage therapist since high school, but didn't know how to go about it at that time, hence the reason for joining the military.

In October 2019, Derrick completed the necessary course at Miller-Motte of Fayetteville, NC. He graduated and was approved by NC State Massage Board to be licensed.  His NC license # 18593.
