Drawn to massage therapy by her desire to serve others and a fascination with the body’s intrinsic beauty, Amy uses a client-centered approach to treat you as a whole person while addressing your individual needs.  She believes that all individuals have the ability to benefit from therapeutic massage and has practiced in settings ranging from wellness centers to hospitals to home care.  Using her training and thorough communication, Amy works with each client to determine individual session goals and, when appropriate, incorporate them into a larger treatment plan, all the while remembering that every person is more than just the body they inhabit.

In addition to integrative Swedish and Deep Tissue therapeutic massage Amy has experience with Oncology Massage, Scar Tissue Mobilization, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Strain/Counterstrain, Pregnancy/Prenatal Massage, and Massage for the Medically Frail.  Amy began practicing in 2012 and holds ~1700 hours of academic and practical training in addition to her hands on professional work. She is Board Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and holds active licenses to practice in New York and Virginia.

Originally from Virginia, Amy moved to Buffalo in 2014 and loves her new northern home.  Local family roots for both she and her husband inspired their move and experiencing Buffalo and Western New York’s exciting resurgence is a source of joy and pride.  She is thrilled to be a part of the Creative Wellness team and looks forward to being a part of the East Aurora community and all it has to offer.
