I’m here to help you find total body wellness

While I lost my eyesight, my hands have fine-tuned the ability to see for me. I utilize various modalities to bring people to proper physical and emotional balance, recover from injuries and address acute pain issues.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, working out and playing with my cats.

Julie says: “I’m here to help you find total body wellness. With over 15 years of experience, i will help guide you to achieve mind, body and energetic balance.”

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger point therapy is a bodywork technique that involves the application of pressure to tender muscle tissue in order to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body. It may also be called myofascial (myo meaning muscle, fascial meaning connective tissue) trigger point therapy.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of massage based on preliminary evidence which is hypothesized to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.

Medi Cupping

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Neuromuscular Therapy

Neuromuscular therapy is a specialized form of deep tissue massage in which digital pressure and friction are used to release areas of strain in the muscle. These areas of strain are called tender or trigger points and are the cause of muscular pain symptoms.

Prenatal Massage

Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema (or swelling).

REVIEWS for my massage services

She checked in about her pressure and how I was feeling but also allowed me to relax and enjoy the quiet as I’m a new mom.

Julie was wonderful! She asked about any problem areas and was always following up to see if the pressure was too hard or too soft. I don't know how she did it but she managed to find all of my problem areas. I felt wonderful after the massage.

She CLEARLY is gifted at massage...I say that about any masseuse who can completely find on their own with zero prompting from me where my sore spots are. Julie found mine with ease!

Really listened to what my needs were and worked to help me feel better.

Julie always asks how I'm doing and if there are any special issues I've been experiencing before the session begins. She performs the therapy to target the areas that I've noted as well as an overall body rub, often finding areas I didn't know needed help. I'm 62 years old, and I feel so much younger after my appointments with Julie.
