Gwen has been praised by clients for having a natural gift for bodywork, knowing intuitively just how to treat different muscles and tissues, and how deeply. She enjoys crafting every session to a client’s particular needs, drawing from various massage styles such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and lymphatic drainage. Gwen graduated from Colorado Springs School of Massage and is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Colorado. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a former television producer on shows such as Chopped and Project Runway, working as a massage therapist has been fulfilling in a much more profound way than she ever expected. She derives a sense of purpose from helping to heal clients’ bodies from the stresses in their lives, and finds a sense of connection with the peace and goodness in every client, as she helps them physically find that space within.
