I've been massaging for over 10 years and have a practice set up within Brunswick Massage & Wellness. Over the years my belief that massage is an integral part of physical and emotional well-being has grown exponentially.
My original training was in therapeutic massage which combines different modalities like sports massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy and deep tissue techniques to help provide balance and improve muscle tone.

Since, I've gone on to add to these skills by taking opportunities to further my education in deep tissue work.
I've also begun to understand the need to combine an energetic aspect into my massage in order to fully re-establish body harmony. This new thought process has resulted in adding reiki to my practice, a skill I've integrated (upon request) for the last 5 years.
