Love coming to Body Reset with Cristina for my sports massages! Cristina makes sure you are very comfortable and relaxed before the massage. She is so knowledgeable and took the time to discuss my specific needs and any areas of tension or soreness I had. I tried the shockwave therapy and the pressure was just right—firm enough to relieve tension but not so intense that it was uncomfortable. Totally recommend this! After my sessions, I always feel noticeable improvement in my flexibility and a significant reduction in muscle soreness. Overall, I highly recommend Body Reset for anyone looking to enhance their performance, recover from workouts, or just relax and unwind.

Been coming to Cristina since 2016 and she has been always able to help with my injuries. We have been doing the sound wave therapy and I saw a difference in the first session. I really recommend her because she is a person who really cares for one’s health, body and mind. She does her research and has taking many courses to better herself and the services she provides. She is not your regular message therapist, so if you have injuries this is where to go!
