I am a Brooklyn native who understands the needs of those who call this chaotic city home. I began my healing path holding the hands of patients in my grandfather's office and later, my father's office. My years in the field have given me the experience and the tools to work with you to alleviate pain and feel better! I seek out the body's discomfort, working in tandem with you to alleviate your chronic pain and everyday stress. You feel the knowledge and warmth as soon as I make contact, melting away tension and restoring calm to both body and mind. Upon graduating from the Swedish Institute, I immediately began working the the field, nurturing my private practice while working with doctors, physical therapists, and other allied health professionals. Combining experience working with injuries and musculoskeletal issues with education and guidance, I developed an approach and technique more therapeutic and clinically based. Client-centered and goal oriented, I unite critical thinking with calming relaxation therapies to help my clients achieve their wellness goals.

Wow! Recently had a 90 minute full body massage with Rose that was 11/10. She’s so personable and takes time to learn about your needs and discuss how she approaches her massage. The massage was amazing. A perfect blend of spa like relaxation, hitting the issues I mentioned, and holistic in feel. I can’t wait to schedule another but next time, 2 hours :)

Rose takes such a warm, integrative approach that feels trauma-informed, safe, and geniunely restorative. She is very thoughtful with catering her approach and her healing touch feels like a ray of light. I have received a lot of other massages and her techniques stands out as precise and rewiring. I would highly recommend her.

I went to Rose’s because of numbness in my arms. She dealt with the problem wholistically, not just focusing on the arm and shoulder blade but on whole body. It has made such a difference for me. It’s really not so surprising because she starts the session by asking a lot of questions, and she’s really listening. And beyond that, I must say that I’ve never had a massage that felt as caring or as “emotionally connected,” for lack of a better term. Highly recommended.

I really love massages with Rose—her extensive expertise is evident, and her hands are very observant/aware. I feel like she can really tell what’s happening deep under the skin’s surface, and adjust her work based on that.
