She graduated from New York College of Health Professions in 2018 where she studied European based clinical massage therapy alongside East-Asian massage. Upon graduating, she worked at Massage Envy-Lake Success and Roslyn Salt Cave harnessing her techniques and gained experience doing active stretching, Pre-natal massage and Hot Himalayan salt stone massages.

Her primary interest is helping clients understand their bodies from a mind/body perspective, the patterns they hold, and help attune to the felt sense needed to experience and walk through the world mindfully and fully.  

She challenge herself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. From relaxation to active stretching, she can work with your body to get you feeling like you should again.
