Casandra strives to emanate that healing energy is attainable through intention and compassion from both the client and practitioner. She hopes to provide space for clients to access this state of resonance within their body, mind, and spirit. Casandra’s background in Thai massage, Shiatsu, and Vipassana meditation have informed her work and she incorporates these techniques into her massage sessions. She can provide a full traditional Shiatsu session on a Shiatsu mat on the floor, or she can incorporate Shiatsu techniques within a custom table massage. She works through an awareness of compassion for all her clients and hopes that she can create a safe space for people to break free from any physical, spiritual, or mental pain they may be feeling. Casandra Oquendo studied at the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, NY and received her Massage Therapy License in 2016.
