My journey with massage and energy
work began in 2008. As a licensed Massage Therapist (BCTMB) I have a strong focus
on injury repair, muscle relaxation, pain relief, and body alignment through both soft
and deep tissue massage. I prioritize working with each
individual’s needs, so no two massages are the same. While relaxation
and stress relief are key aspects of massage therapy, my ultimate
goal is connecting your mind, body, and spirit for true healing.
