A perpetual student of human movement, I have dedicated my life to understanding the machinations of the human body, which is what drew me to become a massage therapist. I have over 1000 hours of massage education under my belt. I have been certified to practice Therapeutic Massage within the State of New York, having taken extensive training in Swedish massage, deep tissue, Shiatsu, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Connective Tissue Therapy. These modalities are only part of the body vocabulary that I draw upon and weave into my sessions. Having completed the 200-hour yoga teacher training program under the ISHTA lineage, I incorporate the teaching of powerful breathing and pranayama (energy-building) techniques into my sessions, which can extend the effects of each session for days after treatment.
