Massage helps you breathe, it helps you move, and it restores balance.  Using communication, my hands and my heart I provide transformative and therapeutic touch for the purpose of healing the mind, body and soul.  The health and well-being of my clients is my utmost priority. 

My interest in hands on healing began with the death of my father in 2013.  Since then I have learned that the effects of stress, emotions and everyday life influence the health of our bodies.  Massage is a highly effective method of overall healing.  I customize my sessions to your specific needs utilizing or integrating several different modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reiki, and I specialize in Migraine Treatment, using Cold Stone Therapy.

My goal is to provide you with the best experience possible based on your needs, and to give you the ability to reclaim your natural state of balance.
