Not sure where to start but Ashley gave me the best massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few! She was knowledgable and takes the time to set the intention of the session whether it be pain relief or relaxation. She communicated throughout the session to see how I was feeling but not to the point of it being bothersome. I did cupping for the first time as an add on with the massage and it was mind blowingly good! This was the first massage I’ve actually felt relief from the pain and tension in my upper body. Not only was the massage amazing, Ashley is thoughtful having bottled water and couch drops just in case. Safe to say I’ll be back!

I can’t say enough good things about Ashley! She really is the best! My hamstrings are always tight due all the exercise that I do and I feel so much better after a visit with her. I feel that her massages are part of my wellness now. It really makes a huge difference!
