I've always had an interest in the natural approach to healing and living, and massage therapy really piqued my interest.
I attended the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, MA and graduated with a diploma in massage therapy.  There I received training in Swedish, Deep Tissue Massage, and Sports Therapy Massage to name a few (my favorites, really).
I specialize in Deep Tissue massage, with a focus on Myofascial Release Techniques. 
I am available to massage at The Body Wellness Center in Sturbridge, MA and also at New Leaf Massage Therapy in Palmer, MA.
I've grown up in the Northeast and I have come to appreciate the four seasons and I love anything having to do with being outside.  I love spending time with my family.  I am constantly taking photographs of moments that I want to capture forever.  I spend my days with a smile on my face and I'm always good for a chuckle.
