Nikki incorporates several modalities which are tailored to each individual’s needs; including, but not limited to, Swedish massage, lymph drainage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and even canine massage!

What drew Nikki to the field of integrative health was witnessing the broken health system offered through the VA. It is Nikki’s mission to educate veterans and their families, businesses and everyday clients on the benefits of massage therapy. When she is not doing bodywork, Nikki is very active with her husband, 3 children and 3 dogs and 2 cats. She enjoys cooking, being outdoors and working on cars.

Nikki and her husband, Jeff, have a long term goal to open a Veteran’s Sanctuary in Colorado. This would be a place for vets and/or their families to get away. The sanctuary will provide a bed and breakfast, massage therapy, automotive repair, farming and agriculture, animal therapy and the ability to become one with nature.

Niki took the time to get to know me and talk about my needs and goals which was important to me. She asked for feedback during the session and adjusted her massage to get me to my goals. She was very knowledgeable and has a positive outlook that is infectious. I definitely will be back!

Omg, Nikki got knots out of my neck and upper back that didnt even know was there! Each knoet she got out she explained to me why they were there and things i could do to prevent them. I scheduled my next one for 2 weeks.

Nikki's space was extremely peaceful and quiet. I loved every minute of it! She even gave me a tip on how not to stress my neck which has been an ongoing problem with pinched nerve on cold winter nights for many years now. Thank you Nikki! From Kim

Nikki is the very best massage therapist with whom I have ever worked. Her 90-minute therapeutic massages have created a world of difference in my neck, back, shoulders and hips, and even improved my golf game! Highly recommended compliment to chiropractic, and great as a stand-alone service. Thanks, Nikki, for taking such good care of me!
