My name is Heather Stewart. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist located in Brighton, MI. I have been practicing massage therapy since I graduated from Irene's Myomassology Institute in 2009. From the moment I walked through Irene's front doors, I knew this was where I was supposed to be. 
After completing multiple classes in the Upledger Institute's CranioSacral Therapy curriculum, I am even more certain of the path I have chosen. The value of simple yet kind human touch is amazing to me. I struggle to explain my practice philosophy because I rely greatly on the knowledge each body presents to my hands when every session begins. It is my job to listen to what your tissues present and tailor your treatment session accordingly, using the various tools in my bodywork tool bag that I have acquired over the years. 
My passion is in helping others to feel better in their daily lives. How many other jobs can you say that almost every person who walks through your front door is happy to see you and leaves smiling wider than when they arrived?
