I am a graduate of Onondaga school of Therapeutic Massage, graduating class of 2012. I have recently been trained in Medical Massage to promote healing and pain management for chronic issues. I also provide community-based events to teach clients the importance of relaxation, health and wellnes.

I have been to Therica for a Signature Massage 4 times over the last two years. Each time, I get the most personalized and skilled experience. CBD oil and the Theragun are my favorite add-ons. I will keep coming back as long as she keeps practicing.
