I attended Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins Colorado. I graduated in 2006 with my certificate to practice massage. I worked for a couple of years in Loveland before moving back to Nebraska to raise my family. I went back to school get my massage license and meet all of Nebraskas requirements. Upon completion I was able to open my own business in Bridgeport Nebraska. I offer several modalities including neuromuscular techniques, postural assesment, myofacial release, hot stone massage, reflexology and relaxation massage. Massage can increase range of motion,  reduce pain and promote an overall sense of well being.  (just to name a few advantages) I am so lucky to have a career that I love. I take appointments on Tuesday, thursday and Fridays
