Massage Therapy
The MELT Method® (MELT®) is a simple self-treatment technique that reduces chronic pain and helps a stay healthy, youthful, and active for a lifetime. Using small balls for the hands and feet and specialized soft body roller, MELT is the application of the MELT Living-Body Model™ and a vehicle to bring neurofascial science to the masses through Hands-off Bodywork™. The model and method ultimately offer new opportunities to better define the how and where stress accumulates in the body, and provide more precise applications to maintain optimal function and health for a lifetime. I have teaching MELT since 2007 and incorporate it within my massage practice to help empower my clients to be their own hands-off bodyworker.
