I'm Sarah. I began my journey in massage therapy in 2017, obtaining my license in the state of New Jersey. Since then, I've remained committed to ongoing education, participating in rigorous training and certification programs focused on mindfulness, gentle touch, nervous system regulation, and energy work. I'm Sarah. I began my journey in massage therapy in 2017, obtaining my license in the state of New Jersey. Since then, I've remained committed to ongoing education, participating in rigorous training and certification programs focused on mindfulness, gentle touch, nervous system regulation, and energy work. Certified as an Esalen® Massage Practitioner, White Light Reiki Master Practitioner (Western Reiki), and Ayurvedic Health Counselor through the Kerala Ayurveda Academy, I'm dedicated to offering holistic healing experiences. Currently, I'm furthering my expertise under the guidance of a Vaidya, specializing in Ayurvedic bodywork and Panchakarma therapies. In addition to these modalities, I've pursued advanced studies in Healing from the Core®, Upledger CranioSacral Therapy (CST), Somatic Experiencing® (SE™), and Pranic Healing. As a therapist and yoga instructor I'm very picky about who I receive care from. From the moment I met Sarah I could sense she had a gentle authentic nature. And after we had a long really lovely in depth intake she proceeded with the cst/reiki session.I recommend Satori, not only is Sarah highly ethical and professional, but I recommend her for anyone who wants to dive in deeply yet gently and mindfully into their inner landscape and body.

This 3rd Cranio session was bliss. Sarah has been so incredibly in tune with me in a gentle way during these sessions and getting this bodywork consistently has been a huge help in improving my quality of life. I used to get deep tissue massages every month and was unsure a therapy like CranioSacral with its light touch would really make a difference in my body or life, but it has in a huge way. The relaxation for me is so deep during the sessions and after as well. And my body is free of pains that have been locked inside for years that regular massage could not get out. I highly recommend Sarah, you won't find a more genuine human being or practitioner. She is radiant and dedicated to her own healing and your healing as her client as well. I wish I could give more stars to her and this practice.

From the moment I was greeted by Sarah I could feel her compassion and love for what she does and it carried through the entire session. She is an amazing therapist. Her skill level is by far is the best I have found. Can’t wait to see her again.
