She believes that massage is essential for good physical, mental and emotional health in everyone. When not massaging, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and four wonderful children. She is a musician in the Hometown Band of Kitsap County, and enjoys reading medical mystery novels.

I have never had a reiki session done but I definitely will again. It was so relaxing and even felt like I had some blocked emotions come through and move out. I was so relaxed after and have a hard time reaching a relaxed state so I think it is very important for my health. I definitely want to learn more about Reiki healing techniques!
