As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I enjoy compassionately addressing common issues concerning stress reduction, relaxation, mobility and chronic pain to assist in getting your body to help itself relax for better sleep, improved circulation, tension and trigger point relief in order to "foster forward movement" increasing your mobility. I am Licensed by the State of Ohio Medical Board, have completed over 1020 hours of training at Cuyahoga Community College earning a Certificate of Advance Massage Therapy Techniques, an Associates Degree of Science in Massage Therapy, and separately have completed numerous continuing education courses including and not limited to Reflexology.

I currently offer Relaxation/Swedish massage, Deep Tissue/Trigger Point massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology and (Chair Massage - for individuals and groups).
