My name is Jennifer Paugh and I am a licensed and insured massage therapist with over 4 years of experience providing treatment. I have been actively involved with alternative healthcare for the last 20 years through chiropractic, acupuncture, physical therapy and massage. It is because of the personal success I have achieved that I have chosen this field of healthcare as a career. I am passionate about helping people feel more comfortable in their bodies by relieving pain and promoting relaxation.

 It is very important for me to have clear communication with every client so I understand their individual goals for each session. I then create a wellness plan for that individual that will help them reach their full potential. I use a combination of whatever modalities I believe will produce the most effective treatment and through constant communication I am able to quickly adapt to keep every client at an optimal level of comfort.
