She has a degree in Health and Human Development, and certifications in multiple healing modalities including Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra, Yoga Therapy, and Thai Medical Massage. She has studied with various teachers and traditions around the world including Thailand, America, Canada, and Peru that accumulatively created her personal practice, Manifest It, Thai Massage Therapy, LLC. Her services and classes take an energetic approach by quieting the doing and thinking mind and observing sensation and feelings.
