The process of healing isn't a straight line. It's a journey that takes twists and turns, highs and lows, persistence and passion. A passion for becoming a balanced whole being.

Through many life experiences Kassia has learned that each new stage of life comes with a certain amount stress. With this knowledge, and extensive additional education, she has developed a model of care that can assist people with many conditions and situations. Through many life experiences Kassia has learned that each new stage of life comes with a certain amount stress. With this knowledge, and extensive additional education, she has developed a model of care that can assist people with many conditions and situations. Positive touch is a vital part of the human experience and Kassia is passionate about sharing her skills, both formally learned and picked up along the way, to help people. This passion lead her to create Timberline to Coastline: Pain & Stress Management so she could better meet the needs of her clients she works with as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Energy Worker. Kassia graduated from The Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2002 and has continued her education with extended programs in Massage in Medical Settings, Acupressure, Asian Medicine, Chakra Balancing, Pregnancy and Postpartum Massage, Infant Massage, Pallitatave Care, Myofascial Release Therapy, Deep Tissue/Structural Balancing, and Trigger Point Therapy. Kassia is a Trauma Informed Bodyworker and has done training in Trauma Release

Kassia lives in the mountains outside Bozeman, Montana with her Mother, Partner, three children, and many animals both in the home and in the barn. She had the deep honor of caring for her grandmother in her last months of her life. This experience deeply moved her as did the birth of each of her children. Birth, the postpartum period, chronic pain conditions, emotional trauma, and the time she spent with her grandmother are why she is passionate and committed to assisting others through these times as well.

She enjoys hand embroidering, weight lifting, practicing yoga, savoring good chocolate or tequila, and spending time with friends and family.
