Krysta is an excellent massage therapist. She was able to pinpoint trouble areas and help me work on them. I will definitely be seeing her again.

Had my first massage with Krysta and immediately knew she would be great when she told me she would need to work on my psoas muscle even before I got on the table. She knew exactly which muscles were tense and needed to be worked. She also gave me advice on stretching and how to make my desk set up better being that I sit most of the day for work. Can’t wait to go back.

Krystal was wonderful. She took time to ask questions before we started. Also showed me a few stretching techniques I can do to home. Very friendly and professional.

Krysta was phenomenal! She was curious about my needs, intuitive in things I didn’t know I needed, and paid attention to every detail to better my experience. She answered my questions and informed me on preventative care that I can do as well! Hands down, great massage therapist!
