She took time to find out if I had any issues that needed to be addressed before starting and asked me to smell different essential oils to see which I preferred. That added a nice, personal touch. She continued to question periodically throughout the session to make sure the pressure wasn’t too strong. Overall, she made me feel relaxed and at ease while massaging me from head to toe.
