Lauren has vast experience in working with clients who suffer from chronic headaches/migraines, sciatica, chronic back pain and fibromyalgia. She specializes in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, cupping therapy, prenatal therapy and is currently preparing to study complementary therapies for PTSD and trauma. Lauren also has an Associate of Science and is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistance with 1.5 years of acute care experience. In the near future, she plans to obtain her Bachelors of Science to further her education.

She thoughtfully accommodated my request for fragrance-free (or low-fragrance) lotions/oils. Good pressure, great attention to problem areas, and she made sure to check in several times during the massage to make sure everything was okay.

Lauren listened to the concerns of my body and made sure to hit all the points and then some. She was very sweet and knowledgeable of what she was doing and what I needed. I will definitely be back after that being my first visit and first in depth massage experience and I will be requesting her again specifically!
