An Eclectic Advanced Bodywork Practitioner
The leg of this journey takes me back to college in 1984. While attempting to become a professional musician, I began to take classes in traditional martial arts and qigong meditation. These opened my eyes to a new way of moving, a new way of being. Over the course of the next ten years I studied with several masters, received a couple of black belts and a lot of experience. I began to teach my own classes always with the emphasis of body awareness, structural integrity and clear thought. Still something was missing. I remembered hearing that the old world masters would always say " Easy it is to hurt someone, Harder it is to heal", so after 20 years of martial practice it was time to go back to school. This time with more noble intentions.
