I graduated from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in 2006. In the decade since, I've worked at several wonderful clinics and spas, such as The Manton Massage Clinic, Izba Spa, Belly Bliss, and the St. Julien Spa, as well as maintaining my own practice.
I've studied a variety of modalities, including The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage, Upledger Craniosacral Therapy, and Kate Jordan's Bodywork for the Childbearing Year.
