He is always learning and updating his understandings of new techniques and pain science to better aide people to their own recovery. What you can expect in your one-on-one session is a very detailed and informed assessment, a bodywork blend of assisted movements/stretches/bodywork techniques, as well as an understanding of updated pain science to better assist people. Roger's style has been described as slow and precise, medium to deep without the soreness, and a very professional approach. Depth of pressure is between 4/10 to 8/10 with use of hands, knuckles and forearms. Specific areas of experience include: Sacroiliac joint dysfunctions, neck mobility, temporal-mandibular joint dysfunctions (TMJD) and shoulder issues.
