May is physically strong enough and knowledgeable enough to get the job done. She explains what she intends to do and lets you know what she's noticing about problem areas as she performs the massage. The experience is emotionally comforting and physically a bit uncomfortable at times, but oddly satisfying at the same time - maybe because your body instinctively "knows" it's in a healing experience.
