With 18 years of bodywork experience, I am able to tailor the massage therapy session to fit your needs. I specialize in specific Neuromuscular Therapy, working on areas of concern/injury/dysfunction/pain, but always integrate relaxation and parasympathetic nervous sysemt activation into each session, as well. My bodywork is slow-paced, deliberate, on the deeper side and typically focuses on problem areas.  I also offer the ancient Maya Abdominal Therapy (as taught by Rosita Arvigo), which is a gentle external abdominal massage that supports optimal organ position, improves blood, lymph and nerve flow, supports fertility, painful periods, endometriosis, PCOS, post-surgery adhesions, and prostate health.
