I'm a passionate massage therapist offering therapeutic and relaxing massage therapy in Boulder, Colorado. I have a massage therapy and bodywork approach with a holistic intention that taps into the whole person, body, mind, and spirit. I am trained in multiple modalities of both Eastern and Western modalities including; Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Foot Reflexology, Energy Work Techniques, Myofascial Release Techniques, Structural Integration Techniques, Cupping, Hot Stones, pregnancy massage and oncology massage. My touch has often been described as therapeutic and nurturing. I treat each client as an individual, working the entire body; taking into consideration the whole body, mind, and spirit approach. I listen to my clients and works with them to apply my knowledge to help create a massage plan to meet their needs. My style of massage is an integrative approach where I use my knowledge and skills to draw from the various modalities I have learned, tailoring to each client’s individual needs. Through therapeutic touch my goal is to create an environment which helps promote a nurturing and healing relationship with my clients, always keeping their health and wellbeing a priority.
My intention is to create a peaceful, healing space to allow each client to receive, release and heal.
My passion and drive to become a massage therapist came from the deepest desire to work in a field where I could help people become more centered and grounded, where I could give my service to others and be a seed to help with transformation where healing within their selves can begin. where I could help be the bridge to facilitate health and well-being of the whole person, mind, body and, spirit.
