When my father passed away suddenly to pneumonia in 2011, I began to practice daily, working through profound grief and contemplating questions about life, death and our purpose between the two. I was born an explorer and have a passion for boarding planes to live in faraway places. Peru held my heart for seven years and will forever influence my offerings. In 2014 I opened Yoga Room Cusco, a project that touched the lives of expats, locals and travelers for three years. I moved to Boulder, Colorado in 2018 with my four Peruvian rescue pets (Nahla, Lucy, Cóndor and Choclo) and it is truly an honor to offer Massage & Visionary Craniosacral Work to my new community.

Kat was incredibly skilled in her work. I appreciated her naming of, and integrity with, "quality over quantity" by giving attention to the areas I really needed care in. Her massage touch was deep yet gentle, powerful yet subtle, and her intuition blended with anatomical knowledge was on point. I am not easy to please when it comes to massage therapists, and she exceeded my expectations! Definitely will be returning to Kat! :)

Kat is an immensely intuitive bodywork practitioner with a skilled touch. The combination of sound healing, massage, and craniosacral work I received during my treatment was deeply beneficial for helping me exit my high-stress mindset and re-enter into a more relaxed state. Throughout the session Kat made sure to check in with me regarding her pressure and I took great comfort in that. I find a lot of therapists don't have the same level of commitment to their craft that Kat does. 10\10 would receive bodywork from Kat again!
