Hi! I'm Eli. I'm passionate about helping people ease pain and experience holistic well-being through bodywork and Astrology. I'm an LMT certified in Core Synchronism, Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, and Reiki. Most recently I’ve added Massage Cupping to my repertoire.

Cupping has personally helped me manage the many physical pressures & pains of being a massage therapist & weekend warrior, so I know from experience how much it helps active bodies, heals injuries, and treats old scars. Learn more about it here.

Low back, hip, and shoulder issues are some of my specialties.  Through assessment, bodywork, and home care plans we establish lifestyle shifts that support you holistically. I graduated from the Healings Arts Institute in Fort Collins in 2009, and have worked throughout Colorado and in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. My clients frequently report feeling deeply rested, taller, and lighter after our sessions.

I’ve found few modalities as healing as this advanced form of Craniosacral Therapy. It supports long-term, whole-body wellness beyond what massage typically affects. It profoundly relaxes all systems - bones, joints, lymph, circulation, nervous system, and organs. Core is ideal for post-injury/surgery healing, bone & joint alignment (without joint-cracking chiropractic), and deep, rejuvenating rest.

It helps pre- & postnatal mothers adjust, and aids newborns to release birth stresses that could otherwise imprint for life. The long-lasting benefits of Core can be subtle but are well worth it. I recommend packages of 4 to 8 sessions.
