Selina was born and raised in Tucson, but has enjoyed living and working in Vail, Manhattan and Yelapa Mexico.

Selina worked as a graphic designer and Art Director before following her heart to bodywork and massage therapy. She studied Five Element Theory and Chinese Acupressure (Tui Na) at Oriental Healing Arts Institute graduating in 2004, continuing her education with Leslie Bruder/ Phenomenal Touch, and completing the CRMT program at BCMT. While at BCMT, she devoted her internship to Boulder Veterans Center working with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). After graduating from BCMT, she began working with insurance patients, alongside physical therapists to provide injury and rehabilitative care. 

Selina continued her Somatic Training at the Brooks Institute in Boulder where she studied pre and perinatal attachment, and body centered psychotherapy. In addition to therapeutic massage techniques, she specializes in trigger point work that includes Integrative and Somatic techniques. 

Currently she studies Biodynamic Craniosacral and Alchemical Alignment modalities which focus on settling the nervous system to cultivate greater health and well-being. Gently unwinding the nervous system from patter of compression, hypervigilance and inertia to a state of ease, resource and flow.
