She truly believes in the power of teaching others to better understand their bodies and their inherent healing abilities. Tenney specializes in therapeutic modalities of deep tissue, myofascial release, and cranialsacral therapy, designing each session to work specifically with the clients needs. As a Yoga teacher she also enjoys adding in stretching and breathing techniques as well as offers the addition of private Yoga sessions before bodywork sessions.
