Been seeing Stephanie for bodywork since 2017 and she is simply the best. She really listens to what I'm looking for and customizes every treatment accordingly. Whether I'm working through an injury or identifying particular tight spots, I know I can count on her to provide relief and a welcoming, relaxing environment.

Steph is hands down the best of the best. You walk into her space and feel like you are in this calming safe healing room with the kindest most lovely person. She understands the body and how to heal with different techniques. She uses heat, cupping and her amazing massage technique and when it’s over it feels like it’s been 5 min and you don’t want to leave. She is so talented and a true healer.

I my PT recommended Stephanie so I knew she was going to be good. She is very skilled and experienced but also warm and approachable. She makes you feel comfortable and like you’re in good hands. Speaking of which she has very strong hands which makes her great at deep tissue work. She also does cupping and will figure out what you need as she works on you. I will be going back and buying a package. Highly recommend
