Located in a quaint South Boston studio Meghan helps people reduce stress and tension through a number of modalities and self help techniques. Inspired by her studies at BU of yoga and zen meditation she went into massage in 2010 at Spa Tech Institute. She now helps people recognize the importance of relaxation in the midst of the fast paced North East lifestyle. Using a combination of meditation, massage, energy work and visualization she guides her clients into a state of deep relaxation and upon awaking they feel restored with a clear mind. When shes not practicing massage she enjoys practicing Tai Chi, gardening, playing board games and doing things outdoors. Her past jobs as a compost instructor, vegan cook, childcare provider and graphic designer also have given her a well rounded understanding of health and wellness that she uses to coach her clients in lifestyle choices that reduce stress.

While working with Master Gardener Debbie Lee Corder, I studied the delicate balance of our Body and Earth relationship that comes through our food. Using Bokashi composting we diverted hundreds of pounds of food waste out of the landfill, educated children and adults of the importance of composting and followed gardening good practices. My time at Green Quest allows me to coach people in healthy land management practices and finding healthy outlets for stress including gardening.
In 2013 I went through the Master Gardener Program in Monmouth County, NJ. I learned everything from house plants, to outdoor perennial gardens, to turf management, shade trees and pruning. Those are only just a few of the covered topics. Understand our relationship with the Earth helps me to coach clients in other stress reduction activities and help them find outlets that are healthy and fulfilling.
2 years working under vegan chef Gail Doherty, at Good Karma Cafe. My time at this location has enabled me to instruct others in vegan cooking, raw foods preparation and food healing. I also learned the importance of food combining, organic foods and food sensitivities.
