I graduated massage school in 2010 and founded Body in Balance Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork in 2015 with one goal: to create a place where every client is treated as an individual—not just another appointment.

Over the past 15+ years, I've had the privilege of helping thousands of clients find relief from chronic pain, muscle tension, headaches, stress, limited mobility, and the physical demands of everyday life. I believe great therapeutic massage isn't about performing the same routine on every client—it's about listening, understanding each person's goals, and creating a treatment that's as unique as they are.

Every therapeutic massage session is customized by blending techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Thai massage, stretching, and other evidence-informed modalities to create the most effective treatment for your individual needs.
