I specialize in Connective Tissue Massage and Ida Rolf's 10 Series of Structural Integration. These modalities can help improve restricted movement in all areas of the body.  Its a slow, firm pressure technique that lengthens, spreads and differentiates the muscles. Clients feel movement and "energy" in areas of the body that previously felt stagnant and painful. Ida Rolf's 10 Series of Structural Integration can be a life changer. Ask me about the 10 Series if you are serious about wanting improvement in the way you relate to your body.
I work in downtown Boise, Idaho.
In my younger days I was in a performance dance company, a college athlete and an avid Ashtanga yoga practitioner.  Currently love to stay active any way I can, and play with my son.

Shannon has the magic touch!

Shannon is so knowledgeable and professional. I’ve been going to her consistently for over 2 years. The best!

Shannon is great; she finds the source of the problem/pain & gently works it out. She will do as much or as little pressure as you want; my body responds better to lighter pressure. Shannon does a little relaxation induction at the beginning & end of the session which are nice for getting your body to relax. Very professional re COVID; Shannon always wears a mask and requests patients to wear a mask when facing up. I did since it was comfortable/didn't interfere with my enjoyment or relaxation.

I go to Shannon Dye for my bodywork needs because she not only has skilled hands, but she has the knowledge of the human body needed to work on people incredibly skillfully. If you find you are wanting or needing some functional or structural work to reduce pain and bring a greater range of movement to your body and are yearning for more than just a feel-good massage (though you can certainly get that here too!), go see Shannon.

Came in with back pain which radiated down my arm and Shannon knew just how to approach the issue without making things worse. O, sweet relief.

A wonderful, centering, experience!

Shannon is very skilled in technical muscle release. This isn't your typical massage. She addresses the need more closely, pinpointing the "micro" area needing attention.
