I specialize in Connective Tissue Massage and Ida Rolf's 10 Series of Structural Integration. These modalities can help improve restricted movement in all areas of the body.  Its a slow, firm pressure technique that lengthens, spreads and differentiates the muscles. Clients feel movement and "energy" in areas of the body that previously felt stagnant and painful. Ida Rolf's 10 Series of Structural Integration can be a life changer. Ask me about the 10 Series if you are serious about wanting improvement in the way you relate to your body.
I work in downtown Boise, Idaho.
In my younger days I was in a performance dance company, a college athlete and an avid Ashtanga yoga practitioner.  Currently love to stay active any way I can, and play with my son.

I loved the massage. The noise outside was a little annoying (not sure what it was though, it sounded like someone banging on garbage bins in the alley) but it did not happen the second time I came in.
