Sometimes the questions are complicated and the answers are simple. -Dr. Seuss

Being a massage therapist is a calling I have had since high school.
I attended the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork in Kilauea, HI and National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR. In total, I have 750 hours of massage training.  I hold certificates in Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Connective Tissue Massage and Trigger Point Therapy.  I have also trained in Prenatal, Craniosacral, Structural Integration, Somatic Experiencing, and Hakomi. Ask me about somatic awareness and bodywork!...

I specialize in Connective Tissue Massage and Ida Rolf's 10 Series of Structural Integration. These modalities can help improve restricted movement in all areas of the body.  Its a slow, firm pressure technique that lengthens, spreads and differentiates the muscles. Clients feel movement and "energy" in areas of the body that previously felt stagnant and painful. Ida Rolf's 10 Series of Structural Integration can be a life changer. Ask me about the 10 Series if you are serious about wanting improvement in the way you relate to your body.
I work in downtown Boise, Idaho.
In my younger days I was in a performance dance company, a college athlete and an avid Ashtanga yoga practitioner.  Currently love to stay active any way I can, and play with my son.

Can’t say enough good things about her skills!

I sent a text message yesterday stating that I am sure the knee problem was pseudo gout! My case matches the symptoms almost to the letter. Your treatment no doubt helped to break up the calcium crystals on both knees. I am basically back to normal and it is so nice to be able to get into and out of bed and the van without pain! Glad to provide favorable comments back to you. However, in my previous business, I tend to opt for privacy.. Sure you will appreciate and understand. See you again. Thanks!! Jim
