Ask me about somatic awareness and bodywork!...

I specialize in Connective Tissue Massage and Ida Rolf's 10 Series of Structural Integration. These modalities can help improve restricted movement in all areas of the body.  Its a slow, firm pressure technique that lengthens, spreads and differentiates the muscles. Clients feel movement and "energy" in areas of the body that previously felt stagnant and painful. Ida Rolf's 10 Series of Structural Integration can be a life changer. Ask me about the 10 Series if you are serious about wanting improvement in the way you relate to your body.
I work in downtown Boise, Idaho.
In my younger days I was in a performance dance company, a college athlete and an avid Ashtanga yoga practitioner.  Currently love to stay active any way I can, and play with my son.

Shannon is a student of her business and it shows. She exemplified great skill and knowledge getting to areas on my body that needed attention. Great massage and a very nice person.

I went to school years ago to be a massage therapist and have received massages in several other states as well as other countries. Shannon is one of the most intuitive, highly trained therapists I have ever encountered. It is evident that she is passionate about body work and the health of her clients. If you want to do something kind for yourself, book a massage with Shannon, or better yet the 10 series.

Shannon is extremely professional and experienced in her field. I loved the meditation that she begins the session with. She really focused on the problem areas and didn’t just work on them for a little and then move on. I will absolutely be going back in the future!

I loved meeting Shannon. She took the time to listen to my story and actually focus on my problem areas (fused neck, broken feet, arthritis). I highly recommend her!
