I am a Boise, Idaho based Licensed Massage Therapist. I graduated with honors from Milan Institute in Boise, ID, with my Massage Certificate. I've always had a good sense of touch, and my friends encouraged me to pursue an education in massage.

I hope to make people aware of the health benefits of regular Massage Therapy treatment, by helping to improve my client's quality of life through massage, stretching, and breathing techniques.
My massage practice focuses on:
- Therapeutic relaxation
- Long-term or chronic pain
- Pregnancy and postpartum massage
- Posture and work-related pain and tension
- Injury rehabilitation including range of motion
My client base ranges from those who use massage as a way to relax from the everyday stresses of life, to those dealing with a long-term/permanent condition or ailment who needs massage to deal with chronic pain and tension, and people who understand the benefits of massage as an adjunct to Physical Therapy and Chiropractic Care.

Massage Therapy
While I was on maternity leave I would do massage from home.
Once I got back into the business of massage, I knew that I wanted to work for myself, in a setting more appealing to people who are looking for more than just a spa massage. Working for myself allowed me the freedom to control how I practice, and attract clients who need more specialized bodywork.
My first job, after my maternity leave, to help me get back into massage work and build clientele.
My passion has always been on the medical side of massage. And working as an independent contractor at the Chiropractic office helped me strive to learn new modalities and stretches, to better help with the clients, and the pain and injuries, that come in.
