I Graduated from The Milan Institue in 2009.
I do massage therapy because it reminds us that our bodies are amazing things. When our bodies are relaxed they are even more amazing and efficient. I think we tend forget that and then forget how to relax. Getting a massage brings you back to yourself in a world where you are sometimes pulled in a million different directions all at once. That's why I do massage therapy. Also the grateful look on people's faces when they are done is priceless.

I went to Kieth to have my first massage in over 5 years and it was absolutely life changing. My physical pain had gotten so severe that I barely felt mobile, let alone the active person I once was. After one session with Kieth, I feel like a brand new person. Suddenly I am able to bend over to put shoes on without pain or struggle, I can sleep in positions that are comfortable again, and I feel like I can fully breathe and relax in my own body again. Besides the physical benefits, Kieth is a warm and welcoming presence who is truly gifted in his craft. I cannot recommend him enough! Thank you Kieth for making me feel more like myself again.

Oh yeah. I’ve told four or five people about it just at work today. The Himalayan salt rocks are almost magical. You can just feel the tension leaving your body as soon as the heated stones touch you. I already scheduled my next appointment!
