He incorporated some stretching before the massage and it really highlighted why my muscles hurt so much- I was very tight! While I do stretches already- he gave me some new ones that really work.

Adam worked on my shoulder, neck and back after I had a pinched nerve and injury. Since my massage my pain has decreased and I am sleeping better.
