Jesse (Jesus) Cohea graduated in 2010 from Independence High School in Blackfoot, Idaho. His favorite programs were mathematics and science. Jesus was involved in basketball and football in middle school and high school, being athletically minded in high school has influenced Jesus’ career choices. Currently he is attending Carrington College in preparation for his state license for massage therapy and learning recipes for nutritionally balanced meals in his free time to set him up for a career in sports recovery and nutrition coaching. Jesus has been a Sou Chef for the past 5 years exploring new techniques, recipes, and leadership skills to attribute to his passion for self-care. Jesse (Jesus) has a very big place in his heart for family and most of his free time away from work and school is spent with his two children and fiancé. They go hiking, mountain biking, camping and on various vacations searching for water falls in the summer and hot springs in the cold season. Jesus loves spending time researching nutrition, various self-care ideas and theories as well as always staying up to date on trends in food, physical fitness, and rehabilitation techniques. His biggest attractions are technique in range-of-motion, sports recovery, myo-fascial release, deep tissue, various energy therapies, and an overall understanding of the physiology of our bodies. Jesus is excited to contribute his knowledge and passion for the human body and nutrition to the field of rehabilitation, maintenance, and prevention!
