I’m a massage therapist trained in many modalities, from Swedish and Thai massage to specific deep tissue and stretching techniques. I specialize in working with musicians and athletes to treat and prevent injuries, but I enjoy working with all types of people.

I was first drawn to bodywork when I was 12 years old and I saw massage give relief to my mother who was struggling with a chronic cough and backache. Since then, I've always had massage therapy in the back of my mind as a career choice, even as I pursued my passion for music. Being with my partner of seven years - a massage therapist - and seeing her ability to help people, while using her creativity and intuition, inspired me further and gave me the confidence to finally go to massage school.

I have a passion for learning new techniques and am drawn to a variety of modalities from different cultures, such as Shiatsu and Thai massage, as well as Western clinical modalities, like Active Isolated Stretching. I bring the intuition I’ve honed during my years as a musician, along with a passion for personal growth and creativity, and a natural sense of empathy and caring for others.

My goal is for my clients to not only leave feeling better than they walked in that day, but also to see long-term improvement in their physical health and performance.
