I specialize in Structural Integration and Ida Rolf's 10 Series of Structural Integration or SI. These modalities can help improve restricted movement in all areas of the body. SI a slow, firm pressure technique that lengthens, spreads, and differentiates the muscles. Client feel movement and "energy" in areas of the body that previously felt stagnant and painful. The 10 Series of Structural Integration can be a life changer. Ask me about it if you are serious about wanting improvement in the way you relate to your body.
I live and work near downtown Boise, Idaho.
In my younger days I was in a performance dance company, a college athlete, and an avid Asthanga Yoga practioner. Currently, I love to stay active by attending the gym, swing dancing, and playing with my son.
